Awesome Vintage early 60's Rose Marie Reid White Leather and Lace sun suit Swimsuit Playsuit, size 10/32. The label has been clipped but the RN number places this Fab suit to Rose Marie Reid in the early 60's. A designer before her time Rose Marie Reid was a pioneer in swimsuit design and this fab suit is no exception. The suit has white leather trimmed lace overlay with a base suit of nylon and white lace hot pants style bottoms. The interior is lined and the suit has elasticized leg openings under the leather shorts. There is a back metal zipper in the back of the nylon suit under the lace overlay. The sleeve openings and the V neckline are edged with white leather. The lace is an ivory color and there are two small breaks in the lace at the shoulders as shown. Otherwise this suit is in excellent condition, couple of minor spots on the leather. I wouldn't wear this in water, just lounge at the poolside in it. 40% Kid Leather, 30% Cotton, 30% Nylon.
