Vintage 50's 60's Filenes Woven Black Silk & Raffia Hat. I just adore this hat. The silk is woven through the braided raffia giving it a ribbon effect with loops. The inner label reads Filenes, imported from Italy. Measures approx 18-23" in circumference. The natural weave of the raffia allows for stretch. 2 Hat is in excellent condition.
