Vintage all acetate black parasol Umbrella. Scallop edges hand between the prongs so the edges flutter in the breeze. Black polished laquered wood handle has a hole through it so a tassle or chain can be added. Some wear to handle. Snap closure. measures 20" end to end. Fabric is in excellent condition.
