Vintage 50s GaBar Floral Skirted Swimsuit sz 16. Nice lightweight nylon fabric with a floral design in shades of teal, pink, purple, sage, blue and off white. Swimsuit has a skirt portion composed of knife pleats with the bottoms underneath having elasticized leg openings. The shoulder straps button at the back and are convertible so they can be worn criss crossed or straight over the shoulder. Back metal zipper closure. There is elastic shirring present at the sides of the back giving a form hugging fit. The bust of the bodice is lined and boned and has the look of a surplice front. The back and gusset are also lined. Fabric has no stretch. In excellent condition.
