Vintage 1930's JANTZEN reddish brown wool knit ladies swimsuit bathing suit, size 42. Vintage suit has the Jantzen Red diving girl embroidered on the leg. Boy cut leg openings with a skirted over panel. Inner tie at the side of bust that we have fashioned into halter style. These were made so the suit could be worn off shoulder for no tan lines, referred by Jantzen as the Shouldaire. Nice textured knit wool fabric is in mint condition. No lining. Fabric has some moderate stretch.
