Vintage 40s Childs sun suit (also suitable for bathing suit) Skirt and Bolero Pattern, size 1. The back buttoned bodice is supported with adjustable shoulder straps. An inset belt joins the bodice to the shorts. The shorts are gathered at the lower edge and finished with binding. In style 1, the dirndl skirt fastens in back with tie ends. The bolero boasts extended shoulders and tie ends fasten into a neckline bow. In style 2, the sun suit is finished with a dainty baby rick rack trimming. Pattern is unprinted, factory folded and uncut. Envelope shows some wear.
