Vintage 40's Gantner Yellow textured Lastex 2 piece Bikini swimsuit bathing suit, size 36. Lovely 2 piece swimsuit has a terrycloth like texture but is made of stretchy lastex. High waist style. Note the ladder laced insets at the sides of the bottoms and in the shoulder straps of the top. The top is unlined and has adjustable shoulder straps and a single button closure on the back strap. There are two button holes on the back strap for adjustment. High waist bottoms have a modesty panel in front with a inner drawstring in the waistband. Swimsuit is in excellent vintage condition. Fabric has two way stretch. The gusset lining has has a repair which does not show on outside of suit.
